About Me.

I get my inspiration from my love of art in all kinds of media. I adore gardening, music, museums, travel and learning about different cultures.
At college I studied and qualified in hairdressing, and then became a visual merchandiser for a few years in the clothing retails industry, travelling around the country doing shop re-fits. I have attended lots of courses over the years such as pottery, stained glass, jewellery making, water colour painting and basket making.
I have done signage for festivals and volunteer on a campsite crew team at Glastonbury festival, I have done this for years
and recently managed craft workshops at a festival. I am part of a crafting team where I teach mosaic workshops on cruise liners.
I design and make my mosaics, incorporating various media such as mirror, vintage china and jewellery, glass, beads, semi precious stones and tempered glass. I am keen to recycle and re-purpose where I can, often reusing and utilising second hand items. There is so much beauty, talent and colour in the world, I try to appreciate and soak it all in.
Thank you for your support, taking the time to visit, and perhaps buying from my shop!
Emma
